Logan Town Centre, an 852,000-square-foot power center just off I-99 in Altoona, PA first exchanged hands in December 2005 when Strawman Properties (in association with Altoona's Morris Management) sold the under construction shopping center to Pittsburgh-based Echo Real Estate Services for $36.5 million. Echo sold the then-complete shopping center back to Morris Management for an undisclosed amount in January 2007.
