Silverstein Properties and Brookfield Properties were chosen to build the first housing project at the World Trade Center campus in lower Manhattan, a soaring tower with 1.2 million square feet of residential space and 1,325 apartment units that rounds out development of in the wake of the Twin Towers getting destroyed in the 9/11 terrorist attacks.
