Hong Kong-based Great Eagle Holdings Ltd., taking title as Pacific Huntington Hotel Corp., purchased the new Langham Huntington Hotel & Spa from the Los Angeles County Employees Retirement Association for $165 million, or approximately $434,211 per room.
