Icade: first stage completed for the Lafayette block in Lyon

While the redevelopment of the Lafayette district in Lyon's ^6th arrondissement is still underway, a first step was taken last October with the delivery of the 15,000^m2 Next office building. It is now 85% occupied by insurer April and Icade's coworking operator Imagin'Office. The building was designed by the Archigroup architectural firm with a focus on ecology, and the idea is to create open-air workspaces, including a patio on the first floor and an accessible rooftop. A restaurant and a crèche on the first floor will also soon be installed.
