An affiliate of real estate equity investment firm TPG Real Estate Partners bought the Tempe, Arizona, headquarters of Amkor Technology, which packages and tests integrated circuits for semiconductor chip manufacturers, in the latest example of the growing demand for offices near Phoenix's university campuses.
