Zaka Investments completes a new sale in Paris

Zaka Investments, the private real estate arm of Pierre Bastid's family office, has genuine expertise in repositioning assets on the Paris market and subsequently selling them. In recent years, it has sold several office properties, including the 2,650 m² at 60 bis avenue d'Iéna (Paris ^16th) to Union Investment in 2021. But also the 3,460 m² at 49 rue Servan (Paris ^11th) sold in February 2022 to Osesam and Alvarium Investments, or the 3,500 m² at 31-35 rue Pastourelle (Paris^3rd) sold the same year to DWS.
