The share of UK industrial leasing activity taken in the Midlands has never been greater, according to the latest data from CoStar. Both the East Midlands (19%) and West Midlands (18%) are sitting at all-time highs in 2024, up markedly from the 10-year averages of 14% and 16%, respectively.
