A transportation and logistics company local to Green Bay has a new industrial home.

In September 2023, owner Ener-Con Commercial Real Estate signed Amerilux Logistics to a triple-net lease to occupy the entire 240,000-square-foot space at 1998 Venture Ave. in De Pere, Wisconsin. Amerilux's initial move-in date to a portion of the warehouse was Oct. 1, and full occupation of the building was planned for Jan. 1, 2024.

The deal was recognized as the winner of lease of the year in the 2024 CoStar Impact Awards in Green Bay, as judged by real estate professionals familiar with the market.

Amerilux Logistics' lease terms extend through June 2029 with two five-year renewal periods at 1.5% annual rent increases.

The warehouse at 1998 Venture Ave. features rail access, 30-foot clearance height, docks with levelers, easy freeway access to Interstate 41 and is suitable for last-mile delivery.

About the Project: As part of West De Pere Business Park, 1998 Venture Ave. is a 240,000-square-foot warehouse in De Pere, Wisconsin, located southwest of downtown Green Bay, Wisconsin. The warehouse sits on a 12.5-acre lot and was built in 1998.
