RealtyLink, a national real estate development firm based in Greenville, South Carolina, is planning to build its fourth cold-storage facility north of Charleston, South Carolina, as part of its strategy of targeting southeastern U.S. ports. The developer has built similar facilities in Wilmington, North Carolina, Houston, Texas and Mobile, Alabama.
