A partnership between Trinity Investments, a private real estate investment company based in Hawaii that focuses on hotels and resorts, and the Partners Group, a global private markets firm, recently acquired The Scottsdale Plaza Resort and Villas in Paradise Valley, Arizona, for $124.3 million, or $307,673 per room.
