A tower that was once the headquarters of online travel service Expedia and is expected soon to be home to retailer Amazon has sold for more than $900 per square foot, a record high price for Bellevue, Washington, a city on the verge of becoming a major hub for the e-retailer and media giant based across the lake in Seattle.
