BH Equities purchased two apartment complexes totaling 744 units in Allen, TX. Sentinel Real Estate Corp. sold Benton Pointe, at 205 Benton Drive, and Lansbrook at Twin Creeks, at 505 Benton Drive. While the sale price was undisclosed, the asking price for the two properties was $72.75 million, or about $97,782 per unit.
