First Industrial Buys 2 Newbury Park Bldgs. for $26.3M

Trust Sells 184,000 SF in Office, Flex Space

First Industrial Realty Trust Inc. purchased the flex building at 1011 Rancho Conejo Blvd. and the office at 2300 Corporate Center Drive in Newbury Park, CA. Wood Family Trust sold both properties for $26.27 million, or about $143 per square foot.
