CBRE Global Investors is set to buy Atlantic House at 45-51 Holborn Viaduct in London from Germany's DEKA for £250m-plus or a sub-3.75% yield, equating to £1,100 per sq ft, in one of the largest UK office transactions this year, CoStar News can reveal.
