Sares Regis Group Buys Industrial Facility for $21 Million

Pinole Point Properties Inks Deal in Fremont

San Mateo-based institutional investment firm Sares Regis Group of Northern California recently purchased the industrial facility at 48350 Fremont Blvd. from California investor Pinole Point Properties for $21 million, or about $85 per square foot.
