Funds owned by private equity firm Zetland Capital Partners have agreed to acquire the 338-bedroom Macdonald Manchester Hotel and the 156-bedroom Macdonald Holyrood Hotel from Macdonald Hotels & Resorts for around £100 million, CoStar News understands.
