The Peter P. Bollinger Investment Company celebrated the grand opening of The Fountains at Roseville in the Sacramento area on Jun. 30, 2008. The 320,000-square-foot open-air lifestyle center is located at the southwest corner of Roseville Parkway and Galleria Blvd in Roseville, CA. Aside from retail and restaurant space, the project includes approximately 20,000 square feet of office space. Tenants now open at the center include Anthropologie, Big Spoon Yogurt, Chico's, Coldwater Creek, Drapers & Damon's, JoS. A Bank, Le Petit Chateau, Orvis, Peet's Coffee, Posh Punkins, Right Start, Soma, Sunglass Hut, Sur La Table, West Elm, White House/Black Market, Aveda Salon, and Z Gallerie. Retailers that will open during the remainder of the year include S.W.A.K., Theatre Xtreme, Vera Bradley, Article, Belly Bou, Counter Burger, In Spa, Lucy, Mirabello Gelato, New Balance, Serendipity, California Pizza Kitchen, DSW, and Smith & Hawken. Whole Foods, which anchors the center is scheduled to open this November. Ameritrade, McCormick & Schmick's and Boudin Bakery won't open until 2009. Set in an "ambient streetscape" design, the center's namesake is a centerpiece fountain that performs with illuminated jets of water choreographed to music. Other features include a performance area, children's play area and interactive water feature, fire pit, and more. Kim Martinez at Inter-Cal Real Estate and Matthew Holmes at Retail West serve as leasing agents for the project.
