Biscayne Centre, an eight-story office building standing at 11900 Biscayne Blvd. in North Miami along the Biscayne Corridor, sold in a $39 million transaction to Biscayne Real Estate Holdings LLC, an investment entity affiliated with Ali Ahmed, the dealer principal of the Miami Lakes Automall. The seller, another LLC, was represented by CBRE's Benjamin H. Silver and Charlie Manuel.
