A Virginia Beach, Virginia-based developer and apartment owner/operator, has assembled a redevelopment site in College Park, Maryland, with the purchase of a 4.44-acre tract at 9113 Baltimore Ave. The three existing hotels currently occupying the site are expected to be razed to make room for a proposed 317-unit, five-story multifamily building with a structured parking garage, according to a statement issued by BridgeWater Real Estate Brokerage, which had the exclusive listing and announced the sale.
