California Investor Acquires 246-Unit Multifamily

Birch Point LP, an investment entity affiliated with California-based Prometheus Real Estate Group, acquired the Birch Pointe Apartments at 17520 NW Cornell Rd in Beaverton for $24,250,000, or about $98,577 per unit. The seller was Bayridge Associates LP, whose principal is Steve Page, an LIHTC developer based in Tacoma, WA.
