When viewing employment data for the national scene, it is an overall understatement to say that recent times have been tough from an industrial perspective. Across the board, the only industrial-using sector to truly see any meaningful expansion was construction — maintaining a year-over-year gain of around 2.5% for most of the year, ending 2024 with a staggering 8.2 million total workers in this segment.
