Hillwood, the Texas company led by Ross Perot Jr. and the developer behind the 27,000-acre master-planned, AllianceTexas project in Fort Worth, has begun its next wave of speculative projects aimed at providing just-in-time logistics space in the Dallas-Fort Worth region.
