The Presidium Group completed a 370-unit apartment complex in northwest San Antonio last year.

The Presidium at Chase Hill at 15950 Chase Hill Blvd. backs up to the La Cantera Golf Club and offers residents views of the Texas Hill Country.

Austin, Texas-based Presidium Group built the project on a challenging site with its rolling hills and in a rapidly developing area of the Alamo City. The project earned a 2023 CoStar Impact Award for multifamily development of the year for San Antonio because of its modern design, amenities and views.

The picturesque property offers modern living in a suburban area and is almost fully leased. On-site amenities include cabanas, a fitness center, pet play area and rooftop terrace.

About the project: The Presidium at Chase Hill comprises 425,000 square feet. Construction was completed in September 2022.

What the judges said: “I personally like the design of the project. Clean lines, earth tones and structural linear designs. The developer had a very challenging site to develop upon. The building layout is well designed, wherein each building can offer views,” said Mike Reyna, president and CEO of TC Austin Realty Advisors.

“Presidium appears to offer amenities and views above most other properties in the region,” said Sarah Esserlieu Khalil, director of economic development for Centro San Antonio.

They made it happen: RPM – Presidium at Chase Hill Property Manager Ashton Wagner oversees new multifamily development in San Antonio. The project’s architect was Rees Associates Inc.
