Schroders Capital, on behalf of Capital France Hôtel, has sold the Riviera Marriott Hotel La Porte de Monaco. This four-star hotel is located opposite the port of Cap d'Ail, at the gateway to Monaco and close to the Louis II stadium, where French top-division soccer team AS Monaco plays. It comprises 186 rooms, including 15 suites, a restaurant, bar, swimming pool and 580 square meters of meeting rooms.
