The 205-unit Washington Crossing rental apartment complex in Woburn, Massachusetts, sold in a year-end deal. An institutional investor advised by J.P. Morgan Asset Management sold the multifamily property to Needham, Massachusetts-based Chartwell Holdings for $58.1 million, or approximately $283,415 per unit.
