A chorus of voices from Quebec's commercial real estate industry is pressing provincial authorities to suspend the provincial sales tax on the construction of new apartment buildings, a measure that was recently adopted at the federal level as well as in the provinces of Ontario, British Columbia, Nova Scotia and Newfoundland and Labrador.
