JPS Plans Office Complex in Ft. Worth

Diversified Capital Sells Former Hospital for $5.1M

Medical services provider JPS Health Network acquired the former St. Joseph’s Hospital in Fort Worth, TX, from investment/management company Diversified Capital for $5.1 million, or about $8.50 per square foot. JPS plans to convert the 598,000-square-foot former hospital into a 270,000-square-foot office complex.
