The paint is barely dry, but a buyer has already claimed Panattoni Development Co.'s latest logistics project in Frederickson, Washington, an unincorporated hamlet about 45 miles south of Seattle. The sale shows that investors are still keen on Frederickson and its neighbors, where industrial construction continues to boom even with vacancies at a 10-year high.
