Colony Hills Capital, a Massachusetts-based real estate firm, acquired the 339-unit The Royce at Trumbull apartments at 100 Avalon Gates in Trumbull, Connecticut, for $101 million, or about $298,000 per unit, from Sym Investments and Skywood Properties.
