Data Architectes and ciguë sign an eco-responsible hotel in Paris 19th district

Close to the Canal de l'Ourcq and several educational establishments, including the Cours Florent, this future 3,400 m² hybrid hotel will span eight floors and two basement levels. It will offer a new generation of accommodation combining the codes of classic hotels and youth hostels. It will offer 100 rooms, including 80 single rooms of 12 m² and 20 spacious dormitories for up to 8 people, ranging from 35 to 40 m². The facility will incorporate communal areas tailored to the needs of young, active travelers and city dwellers.
