Weingarten Realty’s Perimeter Village Shopping Center has a new co-anchor. Hobby Lobby Stores Inc. signed a 40,000-square-foot lease to join the Dunwoody, GA, complex. It is scheduled to open by the second quarter of next year. This is Hobby Lobby’s 10th store in the Atlanta market.
