Waverton Investment Management, TR Property Investment Trust and Harwood Capital, which collectively manage shares representing 8.8% of Urban Logistics REIT, have jointly announced they will request an extraordinary general meeting seeking to oust and replace directors and prompt a strategic review of the business.
