UPS Purchases Facility in Romoland for $3.3M

Parcel Shipper Exercises Option on Lease

The United Parcel Service (UPS) purchased 25255 Sherman Road in Romoland, CA, from Norman Industries Inc. for $3.25 million, or $164 per square foot. UPS exercised an option that was granted when the logistics provider originally leased the building out.
