Resisting the trend among other real estate investment trusts to save cash by reducing dividend payouts, Store Capital, a publicly-traded REIT that invests in single tenant retail properties across the U.S., confirmed it will pay shareholders a dividend of $0.35 per share, or $1.40 annually, on April 15, 2020.
