Savills has recruited Peter Kirk and Tom Hupfield, senior investment directors at CBRE, CoStar News can reveal.
Kirk left JLL to join CBRE in 2017 while Hupfield left JLL to join CBRE in 2019. Kirk has also worked at LaSalle Investment Management.
Both men have been working as senior directors in the CBRE investment properties team trading properties and portfolios in the UK as generalists, with a focus on national offices.
Hupfield joined CBRE as a senior director in its London Metropolitan/South East office investment team, reporting into James Delliere as head of the team.
The duo will join the national investment team at Savills.
