At the end of November, the Clermont-Ferrand Commercial Court placed most of the companies in the Heraclide Group under receivership. Its six general partnerships, which own and operate senior residences due to open between 2022 and 2023 in Albi, Les Abrets, Hauteville, Commentry, Olonzac and Saint-Marcellin, are looking for buyers, as are its eight other SNCs which own land where construction of other buildings is more or less advanced (in Renage, Vendays, Venoy, Chantonnay, Auchel, Gueugnon), or only in the start-up phase (in Bully and Laloubere). Takeover bids are expected before mid-January 2025.
