Memorial Hermann Sells 120,000 SF in Medical-Office Assets

New York-based investment firm Norvin Partners acquired two medical-office buildings at Sugarland Health Center in Sugar Land, TX, from Memorial Hermann Healthcare System, of Houston. The sale price was reported as $15 million or $125 per square foot.
