Ashkenazy Acquires Southfield Shopping Center ("Northland Center" Mall) for $31M

New York City-based Ashkenazy Acquisition Corp. recently acquired 663,000 square feet of Northland Center, or a little under one-half of the 1.7 million-square foot enclosed mall in Southfield, MI. The sale price was $30,989,566, or $46.74 per square foot. Not included in the sale were anchor stores Macy's (511,509 sq. ft.; the largest Macy's in Michigan) and Target (116,222 sq. ft.).
