The owners of Columbus City Center, a nearly-vacant 1.07-million-square-foot super regional mall located on 3rd Street in downtown Columbus, OH, revealed a $165 million plan to revitalize the property. Macy's, which was the last remaining anchor of the mall, closed in November 2007.
