Empire State Realty Trust has signed social services nonprofit Rising Ground in a lease in a midtown Manhattan tower across from Macy’s Herald Square flagship, just days after announcing Flagstar Bank has taken over the entire former office lease of failed Signature Bank, its second-largest tenant.
