It appears the Washington, D.C., office market will suffer another quarter of negative absorption, expanding vacancies, falling rents and limited sales activity in the fallout of the coronavirus pandemic. This marks a continuation of the third quarter, which went down as one of the worst quarterly performances in the market's history.
