Santos Spice Products purchased the industrial building at 26545 -26563 Corporate Ave. in Hayward, CA, from Jetstream Watercutting for $2.64 million or about $100 per square foot. Santos, which also has a location in San Leandro, will use the new building to distribute and store food.
