Regal Rexnord Climate Solutions is keeping its systems running in Fort Wayne, Indiana, after extending its lease.
The company, which specializes in energy conversion mechanics used to power fans, agricultural, conveyor systems and more, was founded in 1955.
It elected to renew its lease of The Regal Campus, which has 82,821 square feet of research and development industrial space. According to CoStar data, the space also features roughly 283 parking spaces.
The lease received a 2024 CoStar Impact Award for the market, as judged by real estate professionals familiar with the market.
Regal Rexnord Climate Solutions' commitment to Fort Wayne has resulted in a strong impact on the community and kept many high-paying jobs in the area.
About the Deal: The final deal required the existing landlord to make several upgrades to the building and access areas.
