Canada’s industrial property demand has shown signs of easing in recent months but an investor group is betting that any decline in tenant interest will remain limited to larger structures. Woodbourne Capital Management and Epic Investment Services extended their industrial property buying spree focused on small-bay facilities with a seven-building acquisition in the Montreal borough of Saint Laurent.
