Progressive Real Estate Partners has announced the $6,789,000 all-cash sale of a 44,290-square-foot multi-tenant commercial flex center at Commerce Plaza in San Bernardino. The complex at 165 W. Hospitality Lane is part of the Tri City Commercial Hub/Hospitality Lane District, at the crossroads of the bustling I-10 and I-215 freeways. It is one of the Inland Empire's most prominent commercial hubs, with over 4.4 million square feet of office, industrial, retail and hospitality space.
