Equity firm Bain Capital is the latest high-profile real estate investor seeking to capitalize on rising demand for Los Angeles entertainment production space, teaming with Bardas Investment Group on a project billed as the first new “purpose-built urban studio campus property” developed in Hollywood in more than 20 years.
