Roku Signs Big Lease To Become Anchor Tenant at 5 Times Square

In a move that more than triples its current New York office footprint, TV streaming device maker Roku has signed a 240,000-square-foot lease in the heart of Times Square, the famed entertainment and tourist hot spot. The deal is one of the biggest leases Manhattan has seen during the COVID-19 pandemic.
