Cushman grows Baltimore industrial team

Cushman & Wakefield expanded its Baltimore industrial practice with the addition of Steele Stanwick as a director and Ben Caffey as a senior research analyst. Stanwick worked most recently with brokerage KLNB in the Baltimore area. He will join a six-member Cushman industrial team on Jan. 6 and focus on investor and occupier clients, the brokerage said.

Caffey is a 10-year industry veteran who previously worked as a senior research analyst with JLL, where he tracked the office and industrial markets of Baltimore and Washington, D.C. 

Northmarq bolsters Nashville multifamily sales group

Northmarq boosted its multifamily investment sales offerings, with a new team headed by managing director Adam Klenk and based in Nashville, Tennessee. The brokerage said Klenk and four other new hires will handle multifamily sales in Tennessee, Kentucky and the Southeast.

Klenk joined Northmarq after more than 10 years leading the Nashville office of Capstone Apartment Partners, where he closed nearly $2 billion in sales involving more than 20,000 units in the last five years.

Joining Klenk at Northmarq are Jordan Arand and Austin Heithcock as senior vice presidents, Blake Wiser as a vice president and Quentin Nichols as an associate. Wiser and Nichols also previously worked at Capstone. 

Logic enhances Nevada brokerage presence

Andie Bonkowski joined Logic Commercial Real Estate as a senior adviser, as the brokerage looks to expand its services in the Reno and Carson City areas of Northern Nevada. The brokerage said Bonkowski is a veteran of more than 27 years in commercial real estate, handling more than $450 million in transactions involving industrial, multifamily and other commercial property sales and leasing.

Bonkowski has served in leadership roles at groups including Northern Nevada CCIM, Commercial Real Estate Women, NAIOP and Boys & Girls Clubs. She and a partner previously owned and operated NAI Alliance and Coldwell Banker regional brokerages in the Carson City area. She is joined at Logic by Blaise LaBranch and Mallory LaBranch, who also worked with Bonkowski in her prior firms. Logic has offices in Las Vegas and Reno. 

National Development promotes four executives

Haley Barrar (National Development)

National Development, based in suburban Boston, has promoted four current executives to the role of principal, while it expands its nationwide development and investment services. The company said it promoted Haley Barrar, the firm’s senior vice president and chief financial officer for fund management, and Bryan Clancy, senior vice president of capital markets.

Also promoted were Pat McAneny to senior vice president of investments and Kevin Sullivan to associate general counsel. All have been with the company for several years and will continue to carry out their prior executive duties in their new roles as principals.

Headquartered in Newton, Massachusetts, National Development has developed or acquired more than 35 million square feet across a broad range of property types on behalf of fully discretionary funds during the past four decades.

Stream expands Southern California operations

Pat Swanson (Stream Realty Partners)

Stream Realty Partners expanded its investment sales services in Southern California with the hiring of Pat Swanson as managing director of multifamily operations. He's based in the firm’s office in Irvine, California.

Swanson is a 22-year industry veteran who will work with Marty Pupil, executive managing director of the regional office, as the company looks to grow its multifamily investment presence in areas such as Los Angeles and Orange County, the brokerage said.

Stream also added Briana Cornell as senior marketing manager, Michael Bouras as senior associate and Aidan Jang as analyst.
