Drake-Williams Steel Inc., an Omaha, NE-based steel company, purchased the industrial facility at 20400 E. 26th Ave. in Aurora, CO, from investment company Matthew G. Norton Co. for $3 million, or about $57 per square foot. The buyer took occupancy of the building immediately.
