Mohr Partners hired Seattle industry veteran Spencer Marona to lead the corporate real estate advisory firm's expansion into Washington.
Marona will be market leader and broker of record in Seattle for Dallas-based Mohr Partners, now with 24 locations in the United States.
It's the latest expansion for Mohr, which has also added offices in Reno, Nevada, Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina, Phoenix and Cleveland since late 2023.
The Seattle native and University of Washington graduate's previous experience includes Flinn Ferguson, the local Seattle affiliate for tenant advisory firm Cresa, as well as national real estate investment brokerage Marcus & Millichap in Seattle, Sacramento, Reno and Las Vegas.
The hiring provides a local presence in the Seattle area, where a significant number of Mohr's 300 national clients lease or own corporate real estate, CEO Robert Shibuya said.
Marona is tasked with expanding Mohr's presence in greater Seattle, where his understanding of the local commercial real estate market and experience leading a national real estate services firm has prepared him to recruit and train new brokers, Shibuya said.
Mohr Partners, founded in 1986, provides tenant and other corporate real estate occupiers with such services as brokerage, lease administration and accounting, portfolio management, research and site selection.
